NEOM is an important giga-project of Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030, and we are thrilled to partner with NEOM on this multi-nodal infrastructure project.

The project scope will cover designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining (DBFOM) five sustainable residential communities in different parts of the NEOM region, including Oxagon city

With an investment of SAR 12 billion, this is one of our largest infrastructure projects. The communities will cover an area of four million square meters and will accommodate more than 50,000 residents once ready.

We will build the residential communities using advanced building and maintenance technologies to increase sustainability and livability, including computerized waste management facilities, wastewater reuse solutions, and captive solar power generation facilities. The temporary residential communities will be built with relocatable modular units which can also be repurposed later on.

Upon completion, residents will benefit from a comprehensive range of services, lifestyle facilities, and entertainment venues.
